For bigger batches, sharing a link from Drive, Dropbox, or a similar service works best. Add the link in the request form or your email and note which pages the files belong to.

👀 Can I preview changes before they go live?

Yes. For anything beyond tiny tweaks, you’ll either see a staging link, screenshots, or a quick walkthrough so you can approve everything before launch.

Do you help with accessibility and performance?

Absolutely. We can address color contrast, focus states, headings, structure, and performance optimizations so the site stays fast, usable, and aligned with modern expectations.

🚨 What if my request feels urgent?

Mark the priority as Urgent and add a quick note explaining the impact (for example: “broken contact form” or “incorrect fee information”). We’ll treat it as time-sensitive and respond as quickly as we can.

📆 Can we batch several changes together?

Yes, and it’s often more efficient. Use the support form to list everything you’d like done, and we’ll group it into a small roadmap with clear timing and checkpoints.

Content and files are used only for your project and stored alongside your other site assets. We don’t share or sell your information, and you can ask for specific items to be removed at any time.
